Title: Sampling Files Once uploaded

I am, like many, in a mad dash to move my station over from Live365 so I apologize in advance if I'm asking questions in the wrong locations.   I have 3 other people uploading files and I'm trying to organize them and some have been named with numbers or in a way that I can't identify them. 

Is there a way to listen to file that's been uploaded so I can at the very least see what it is. When I switch to file manager view I can see the size and type but I can't get any other information by right clicking at least.

In Centova Panel, click on Media > Media Library > select the folder > then right side click on the album > below that should display the songs.

Right click on the song, and click on "Listen to Preview".

Thank You, that did get me in the right direction.

 So this is what it looks like (mine aren't albums they are 1hour talk show .mp3 -but)

I am in media library and I see a partial list of my program files (mp3 files)

None of my music files are showing (I put them in a folder called "Music").

I can highlight a name in the top left column -doing so displays an album art (albeit wrong art) and then I have to click the album image for the content to show in the large window below.

Then to listen to 13 seconds of it I have to right click that file and download a file and double click that to play.

Seems incredible - but given that, the only way I can see ALL the Files I have to say "Browse by Folder" and it displays everything and now nothing will click or right click. I just see all my files.

Same is true when I click File manager. All the files show, none are playable. The only options I'm shown is to "upload" , "Copy", "Cut"  and "Delete".

I think what it does is downloads a pls file of the song.. which gives you a "preview" of the file, not the whole thing.  your media2.png file you attached is the correct way to preview the file.

Its a pls file, and its a short clip of the file.   

That is how the Centova preview works

Any clue why only some of the files appear? I can't seem to sample any music files.  it kinda renders the Folder View useless.

Try this:

Centova Panel > Media > Options > Purge Library and Update.

Depending on the amount of files you have, it make take a bit to run through everything.  Then recheck your music files under Media.
