hi all,
by any chance, is it possible to do a live broadcast that goes to multiple centova stations at the same time?
In other words, we have a centavo install with 6 stations configured. can we do a live broadcast that goes to all of those 6 stations at the same time?
Thanks

Hello gg1965,
There are plenty of source programs that will allow you to connect (live or otherwise) to multiple streams simultaneously, including Winamp with the DSP plugin.
Although I have never done 6 streams from a single source, I don't see why this wouldn't work, provided that you have enough upstream bandwidth.

Set up 1 station that will connect to your broadcasting software, and then setup relays on the other 5 stations that connect to the 1 station.
You should then be able to stream to all 6 stations at the same time.
Or as Roger suggested, use 1 broadcasting software and setup 6 encoders. But also, as he stated, make sure you have enough upload/upstream bandwidth to do so, otherwise there could be a lot of buffering.
That is, if you are wanting the same music and same live voice on all 6 simultaneously.
