Title: Changing between MP3 / FDK-AAC

Something weird that came up... Client is switching between FDK-AAC and MP3, SHOUTcast v2 + Liquidsoap.

(No, that's not the weird part, this is).
When client changes to MP3, stream starts fine no problems.  When client changes to FDK-AAC updates, stops/starts stream, It errors out and wont start.  However, If one of us Admins goes in changes to FDK-AAC, updates, stops/starts stream, It starts up just fine with no issues.

Is this an Admin only thing?  Or is there some other issue?

This is fixed in one of the latest builds, so updating should fix it.
