Hi, I'v got no answers yet, so  let me  specify my question: on the Centova interface, Centova makes some queries everytime a title is played and, in fact, he doesn't find the title in the database; as a consrequence a wrong cover sleeve is displayed in the interface. And there is also a message "unknown" wrtten near the displayed sleeve. Is it possible either to desactivate the displaying of slleves or is it possible that the message "unknown" don't appear ?

You should open a ticket about this, as we'll need you to run one or more commands and send us the output from it, possibly also access to your control panel.
