Title: Listener Report by Browser

I have noticed that only people who connect through the web page widget on Mozilla browsers are showing up. CC is not detecting Google Chrome or I.E. connections.

Why would this be and how can this be fixed? It would be nice to know how many people are actually listening.

If you feel that the support on this forum doesn't meet your requirements, then you should open up a support ticket with Centova to get a quicker answer.
