Title: Centovacast & Ihost problem

Hi , i am currently evaluating centova cast and Ihost and have set them. Sadly i cant find any information regarding ihost other than the install docs.
 I have muddled through and got it all installed , linked it all up and gone to make a test purchase but when i have filled in all the details to purchase the streaming plan i get the following error.
" Sorry, the package username you selected is already in use. Please choose another."
 I have no other packages or users . Could somebody please point me in the riight direction to get it fixed

Hi, how did you get on with this, I really struggled through it but have still not got it 100% set up. Did you?

The package username is definitely not in use but I can't get this to work...

I've been able to resolve this myself now.
