Title: Image missing (Browse by folder)

It appears we are missing an image.  Listed under Media > Options > Browse by folder.

The images on the "right side" are missing.  Please view the image attached. for better explanation.

Where is this image suppose to reside?

Do you mean the icon for each mp3 file? (after selecting Browse by folders)

Could you include a screenshot, so we cab get a better idea about what we're talking about? Thanks!
