Hi,
is it safe to install Webmin on the same server as Cantovacast?
Thanks
Ben

Honestly I don't know much (read: anything :) ) about webmin, but we have done installations on servers that have webmin preinstalled and had no problems.
If you're installing webmin *after* Centova Cast, I can't guarantee that webmin's installer won't tinker with your configuration and break things, but as long as it's reasonably well-behaved it shouldn't cause problems.

Hi,
Yes it's perfectly fine to use CentovaCast on Webmin. Here's an example: http://server21.slip7.net/
Everything gets auto-installed with CentovaCast's auto-installer, but you may get issues with the ProFTPD module, in which case make sure you remove the mod_pam.c authentication in the ProFTP config file which can be edited via Webmin.
Regards,
Suhail.

Agreed, we use WebMin and Centovacast on about a dozen servers (CenTOS and Debian) with no issues.
