Title: Optimize database link not working?

The Optimize database link, under utilities, doesn't seem to be working for me, since one of the recent updates -
seems like it isn't linking to anything.
Is anyone else having this issue?

You can click Manage Database and optimize it from there (the "Optimize" button is under the table).

Right, but I would assume that they would want to make the link work correctly...

Then it's better to report this issue via a ticket - they sometimes ignore bug reports on forums.
