Title: Error when clicking on the admin username

I went to the System -> Utilities link, and then clicked on the Current login sessions option to see a list of the current users.
One of the users shown there is the admin user, which for some reason has an outdated email address.
If I click on the admin username, which links to http://x.x.x.x:2199/admin/index.php?page=accounts&action=edit&username=admin, it gives me this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function find_source_type() on a non-object in /usr/local/centovacast/web/class_AccountEditor.php on line 276

Is there any way to get this resolved?
And is there any other way to edit the admin email address?

Does that email happen to say  : centovacast@centova.com  for the admin ?

I think that is Centova's default email, which doesn't seem to be able to be changed/edited

Nope, it's the email address that Centova was initially set up with.
