Title: How can i tell if a track has been played in scheduled/once only random playlist

Is there a visual sign in the playlist to show which trax have been played?  Can't find one
tx for any help

No, there is no visual notification about this.

Not sure if it helps you, but if you download your station's logs, you will find a list with all the tracks that played since the station's creation in the nextstong.log file (time stamps included)
