From what I read and have heard, It all basically stems from Radionomy.  Considering they have control of Shoutcast and winamp now.  I have tried contacting them, but have received no response from them at all, (this was about a week or 2 ago).

If they have all control of ShoutCast, don't really know how long it will take them to get things situated for the MP3 license keys.

If you can find a way to contact them and get an answer, please do.
