Title: Is there a way to display playlist name

and not track names?

so for instance in itunes when i tune in to my station at the moment i see:

www.mystationname.com
then underneath it scrolls between song name and station url

How can i replace the song name with the playlist name like "The Bob Anderson Show", and not display currently playing at all

Is this possible?

Sorry but no, that's not possible.  The metadata provided to the players is provided by the streaming source (either the autoDJ software, i.e. ices, or a live encoder such as SAM Broadcaster) and Centova Cast isn't in the connection path between the source and the server so it can't override this.
