Title: Guestbook on the stream start page

I think we should had a guest book on our stream start page so the listeners that go there can give feedback about the radio and what is playing etc... this is a very good feature to add there,listeners will like that...so please add it in the other build of centova...

The start page is a showcase of the widgets provided by Centova Cast, and we only provide widgets that interact with the stream or are directly relevant to operating an online station.  Guestbooks are outside of that scope.
