Title: Could not parse XSLT file

For update 6-21-13,

I ran a backup on an account, and transfered to another server.  Everything went fine, however, when trying to goto the Admin page in the account (Icecast), I get the following error:

Could not parse XSLT file

Actually, in looking at the same account from the server I transferred him from, It shows that same error there too.
