Title: playlist import/export

I've asked this before and got the feeling this isn't going to happen, maybe were worried about users migrating to other products. Regardless just being able to import/export between versions 2 and 3 would be very useful...

I'm not sure how the ability to import/export between versions 2 and 3 would worry us about migrating to other products..?

Importing v2 accounts into v3 has been supported since the v3 launch.  There are no plans to go in the reverse direction since v2 is deprecated and will be EOL'd next year.
