Title: 3.0.2 Update "cc-imaged': Text file busy"

Great work on the update. Impressive amount of bug fixes. Top work! I've just updated and it seemed to work fine. I did catch one issue when running the update :

cp: cannot create regular file `/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/cc-imaged': Text file busy

Is this an issue ?

Will try and provide some more feedback as I test further.

Just got the same error updating to 3.0.4.

The file doesn't seem to have been updated since i first installed it :

-rwxr-x--- 1 root centovacast 508415 Dec 14  2012 /usr/local/centovacast/sbin/cc-imaged

Is this a bug ? Should i have an updated cc-imaged on 3.0.4 ?

Updating just the imaged (/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/update imaged) results in :

Checking Centova Cast Common Files ...
Not updated, skipping                                                         


Checking Centova Cast Image Daemon ...
Not updated, skipping                                                         

So I guess it is the latest version. Its also worth pointing out that I haven't noticed any issues after the ""cc-imaged': Text file busy" error.
