Title: Centova Cast control panel unavailable after running a manual library update...
Post by: aylk on April 06, 2013, 11:34:12 pm
Hi folks, after I run a Manual Library Update, the Control Panel becomes inaccessible and the browser returns a generic 504 Gateway Time-out error. It stays offline for around 5 to 10 minutes and then it comes back online automatically. The Library update seems to work fine, but at the end of the process, before it becomes unavailable, I get an "error: undefined" message on the update status screen. Any ideas of what might be the problem?

Try to update to the next build, I had the same problem in the last build.

Code: [Select]
/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/update

Thanks for the recommendation. Unfortunately updating didn't worked for me. I'm running Centova Cast v3.0.1. Is anyone else having this problem?

It still persist on my setup, although it's recovering *much* faster now.

I'm having the same problem and on 3.0.1. I have a huge library of about 13,000 files...so wonder if this is part of the issue. I restarted centova cast and stopped getting the gateway error and could access library again, however the files I uploaded via SFTP still don't show up in centova. I see them under file manager but not the library.
