Title: Unable to update FTP account list

I see this appearing in the log .. Mar 19, 2013 11:59 PM   System   Details ...Unable to update FTP account list.. Can someone explain... 8)

That means /usr/local/centovacast/etc/ftp/ftppasswd isn't writable.  Fixable via /usr/local/centovacast/sbin/fixperms and typically caused by manually tinkering with the permissions/ownerships on CCv3's files.
