Title: Help with new install

I did the Quick install... it went through flawless.. but on seting up the database I get Sorry, a database connection could not be established:

Could not connect to database: No such file or directory

Please double-check the database details you specified and try again.

Can someone assist... :-\

It appears that mysql not loading... I have cleaned th VPS awaiting a response to try again

We were misled in to believing that MySql was installed on the VPS.. but it  now is .. and the server is up and running  8)
