Title: Data transfer won't work

Dear users,

i got the centovacast but from the start on the Data transfer wont update etc
how can i fix it

it now says for months Data transfer: 0/4.8T

Is your cron job running properly?  And how long have you had users generating traffic on your streams?

and my users are from the beginning generate traffic months

Hello

Connect to your server via ssh and run this command:

/usr/local/centovacast/bin/ccmanage processlogs all --debug

But this was to rum automatic process.
I also sometimes have to run this command manually.

Hello i did this command

/usr/local/centovacast/bin/ccmanage processlogs all --debug

and now all my things are good but how many time a day this command run?

and how can i automate this cause i need to give my admin pw ?

and how to check if the cron working properly

Centova Cast's cron jobs are configured in /etc/cron.d/centovacast.  Make sure that your cron daemon is running and that it is correctly invoking the Centova cast cron jobs.

I really do not know.
Needs to be done what Steve did, but for those who have basic knowledge on Linux is hard to do it he said without a walkthrough.

I will learn along with you.
