Title: Api error

In api creation radio server get this error: Server ID not found: 0

I look in http://www.centova.com/doc/cast/internals/API_Reference/system_class_method_reference

Provision Account not show variable similar to server ID.

The method reference is generated automatically from comments in the Centova Cast source code, and we haven't autogenerated it in awhile.  I'll have someone run an update here shortly.

Btw, 'rpchostid' is the field that specifies the server ID.

how to remove used rpchostid? i was delete Hosting Server under hosts manager. then i cant delete account ...
