Title: Instructions for Migrating from 2.2.6

Does anyone know how to do the migration feature described in the release notes?  Didn't find it anywhere on here, but I may have overlooked!

Refer to release notes which explain that this is intentionally undocumented as of yet.  Next build will include it.

Okay, I just saw this part:

For all those who were inquiring about the v2-to-v3 upgrade utility, it's available for testing (http://forums.centova.com/index.php?topic=2221.0) now.
