Title: Fade Option in Icecast

The fade time does not seem to work with Icecast/ICESCC , if the user changes the value it does nothing, if the admin changes via raw config it does work

I also think that when the stream is restarted (or some action) seems to  cause the 3 fade options  to go back to default

I can see this happening also.

When ever users update anything in their settings, all fade settings in the icescc xml are reset to default ones.
