Title: Ices-cc re-install every cc3 update

I have installed icecc without any problem and it works normally.
The only thing is that everytime I lounch the cc3 update, the installer re-compile the icecc everytime. You know is not very fast... 
Is it normal?

Are you sure it does it EVERY time you run the upgrade script?  It should only do that when the ices-cc package is updated on our end (which it was recently, so a rebuild the last time you updated is to be expected).

On our test machines I get:

...which is the correct behavior.
