Hello

Is it possible to get an option added to the installer that detects if you have cpanel installed and if so does not try and enable FTP?

As users can always symlink the centova dir to their cpanel DIR

No, most users will still want to use the Centova Cast FTP server even if they're using CPanel, as if you don't, Centova Cast won't be able to detect that you've uploaded any media via FTP.

This can't be automated, however, because it requires that the admin configure the CPanel FTP server to listen on one IP address, and Centova Cast's FTP server on another.
