This has been requested numerous times, but honestly I don't see much justification for this feature -- it seems more of a knee-jerk reaction to seeing a non-CAPTCHA-protected form.
To explain (both for yourself and the others who've requested this) -- the request form is JavaScript-based and submitted via an AJAX request, so typical automated form spamming scripts/utilities will not be able to use it. The only way someone could spam it in an automated fashion is to write a spamming utility *specifically* for Centova Cast's song request form, and while that's certainly possible, the spammer would need to be *really* bored or *really* desperate to justify the effort involved in writing such a custom utility, given how little benefit there'd be in spamming the comparatively few DJs worldwide that use CC's song request feature. :)
When and if automated song request spam ever becomes a problem, we'll consider this, but for the reason above I seriously doubt it ever will. (And sure, you may get the occasional manually-submitted spam, but if it's manually submitted, the submitter would be able to answer your CAPTCHA question anyway.)
