Title: How often should we update ?

I get the impression that the v3 code is updated frequently. Maybe daily ?

How often should we run the update script ?

(/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/update)

I'm a little worried about running it without a changelog or some sort of notification of what's changing but want to be running the most bug free stable version.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,
you can run the Centova update 5 minutes after you fall asleep and 5 minutes before you wake-up ;D
