how many days do i have to wait for installation?
and the common courtesy of a reply is not even happening.
i hope you didn't disappear again.

Thank you for contacting Centovacast support.

We provide our installation department's hours of operation at http://www.centova.com/pages/castservices to allow our clients to anticipate the completion date of their installation.

As explained at that URL, installations are performed Monday through Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Pacific and it will be scheduled for the next business day after you've opened the ticket to our installation departament.

Please make sure that you have send all the necesary information to our installation departament and unless we have a unusual workload, your installation should be ready within two business days.


If you have any further questions or concerns, please open a ticket to our support departament.

this ticket was opened 3 business days ago..how do explain that?
yesterday for 1/2 of the day we went back and forth and today no work was done.

can someone from centova tell me what is the status of this ticket?
No phone working, no email, no replies on forum...this was paid on 8th
on 9th back and forth discussion..i finally say brand new install...0th no reply and nothing done..
11th received a bill saying i owe 10.99 FOR WHAT?
I  hope I didn't make a mistake and come back after the big license outage crash...
