Title: Backing up Centovacast

Having backed up and restored in this manner previously for the sake of my peace of mind can anyone confirm whether I have a reasonably consistent backup if I mysql dump centovacast's database and rsync archive /usr/local/centovacast/? And if I do are there any considerations worth knowing?
