Title: SHOUTcast Log Files

Wondering if anyone else experience an issue where the SHOUTcast log files were not being populated/created. I've restarted the server to see if that helps, and it does, but then it stops and the file once again empty. This is for 1.9.8.  Gets hard to troublehsoot things for folks without that log.
