Hello, since December of last year we have an open ticket with no response. I read that the average delay is 24 hours. I understand that there may be some delay but more than a month is a long time.
Does anyone know something? Thank you!

did you replay to your own support ticket? if the support ticket hasn't been replied to after so many days it will expire and you will need to resubmit.
what is the issue you're having maybe someone here has run in to the same issue and has a quick solution.
