Title says it all -- as of the new version  2/24/2013

I would guess it has something to do with your sessions upgrades

Old version is fine

You should not try to downgrade as the database structure may have changed, you can however create using the API -- I am able to create in my WHMCS but my resellers are not able to create via the web based form

Problem solved. I've used the API Reference. But now I can't stream on my account...

EDIT: Solved! I was missing "Genre" field.

Hey guys, was just testing out the software, set it all up, all running fine etc, literally finished 5 minutes ago and I have this issue. When you say new build is available, when was that exactly. I only just did a full install a over the last hour or so and have this problem...

Is there a way to manually update centova or do I need to run the whole install again? No worries either way, but just so I'm sure.

EDIT: No worries about how to update. Just saw the link to the manual. Will update and report back what happens. Running on Centos 6.3 in the amazon cloud.

Now create the accounts.
But still the problem of getting stopped every time the sc_trans v2
From what I saw here in the Forum seems to be a problem Shoutcast v2.

The only way is to use it with the MP3 codec.

We will continue waiting.

Hey thanks for that. Yeah, I did the update a while back and have been ploughing through the options. I don't understand what you mean about the transcoder having problems? I've created a load of DJ accounts and they all seem to work fine? Just rolling it out to friends to double check and stress test, but so far all seems ok to me?

But yeah, the inability to create accounts problem was resolved about 5 minites after I finished my initial install. Updating was easy and fixed everything though.

As I say, no problems for me, so far, with the shoutcast transcoder, seems fine. Will read through all the forum posts though, as I'm new here so may have missed something. Only just got my servers up and running and, so far, very impressed ;)

The problem now is that while some time is if you use it with ShoutCast DNAS v2.x along with sc_trans v2

So from time to time streaming and falls back automatically.
So keep getting emails saying that streaming was restarted, understand?

Ah, thanks Fillipe, yeah, I think I understand. I just created a separate post relating to my server 'restarting' all the time but playing fine. Just working through it all now. Just to keep this post focused on the now resolved creating new accounts issue I'll be discussing the restarting server issue on the other post.
