Please help me! I've had a ticket open for 12 hours which still hasn't been assigned...

The error I'm getting after migrating an existing Centovacast 3 installation to new hardware at the last stage of the process when I should be changing IPs is...
I get the error when I try to access the settings of any of my streams. Trying to log out also does nothing.
I've also tried re-issuing my license. Restarting CC and updating.
Unhandled exception: Error loading account: Unable to access account for breakbeat: Cluster host authentication failure for Local server: authentication failed in /usr/local/centovacast/system/class_RPCDaemonClient.php:1209

I'm experiencing the same errors and support is indeed extremely slow.

Please make sure that the IP address for your Local Server under Management -> Hosts is set to 127.0.0.1 and that the Authentication Key matches the contents of /usr/local/centovacast/etc/rpcshadow
