Are TargetSpot ads playing for anyone in the USA recently? https://shoutcast.com/Monetize

 Just saw Radionomy sold SHOUTcast a couple years ago to the same company that owns TargetSpot , Audiovalley https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SHOUTcast

I don't use the Monetize feature although if my memory is still working you need to run an ad that is 2 minutes and name the file as follows:
advert.mp3
the digital signature has to be Advert for song title, artist and album title
you can check and edit the digital info in Properties>Audio
