Title: Deletion of DJ accounts, delete ftp folder

I'd like it when a DJ account is deleted for their FTP folder to also be deleted, or atleast an option to keep it or delete it

Thanks! I've bumped the priority on this and changed it from a feature request to a bug report, as this is an oversight on our part -- this is most definitely something that should be happening upon deletion of a DJ account.
