There some tutorial about of how migrate centova3 to another server or create backups?

I'm interested in this too!

I suppose one way of doing it is creating a template in SolusVM as you could easily restore the SolusVM template. But if there is a lot of data stored it would be better to rsync directories (/usr/local/***/var/vhosts/***/var/spool/media ) used for audio...
