Title: Problems with the language setting

Hi Steve,
I see there's a problem with the language setting.
If I set a language in /etc/centovacast.conf :  LOCALE=xx_XX
After cc3 restart it works with the correct language but if you change language from the account settings remain the default language.

More strange:
If I set the default in es_ES  or it_IT (my translation)
The language change to default but time still remain in 12 (am-pm) and not in 24h (like is setting in es and it file)
Going to account settings, I select the same language of default, but not the default (is double in the selector) :-\ ...
language remain correct and time change in 24.

Very strange...

You have to log out, then log back in to finish applying the locale change.
