Hello I need help I am not technical so must be either personal help or step by step instructions.
I have been ill and forgot to pay my account which is now done but I am still getting the following error message and I do not understand as it now paid. The Knowledge base support page tells me very little maybe because I am not technical.
The error message is this
"Licensing warning
The license data for the following server(s) is nearing or has reached its expiration date:
Local server
127.0.0.1 - inactive
License update failed -- all servers declined update ( http://license1.centova.com/license/:NOTOK(ERR/SUSPENDED/License key has been suspended) http://license2.centova.com/license/:NOTOK(ERR/SUSPENDED/License key has been suspended) http://license3.centova.com/license/:NOTOK(ERR/SUSPENDED/License key has been suspended) http://license4.centova.com/license/:NOTOK(ERR/SUSPENDED/License key has been suspended))Failed to obtain license update from any licensing server; license update failed
For assistance in diagnosing this problem, please consult the License Expiration article in the Centova Cast knowledge base".
Can anyone help I don't expect the help for nothing.

You would be better off logging into your Client Login for Centova Cast and submitting a ticket to Centova themselves, rather than posting the licensing issue in the forum.

Since its a licensing issue, no one here on the forums can do anything, the only ones that can, is Centova Employees.
