-Cent OS 7 + Plesk Onyx Web Admin Edition
-Debian 9 + Cpanel/WHM
-Debian 9 + Plesk Onyx Web Admin Edition
-Debian 8 + Cpanel/WHM

OK lets start with what is the server being used for Broadcast only or will you need mail, web hosting or what ever?
if you're just using Centova on the server you can start with a basic server with terminal access.
The 2 linux OSs are very similar but very different although I just updated to the Debian/Ubuntu server its beginning to look a lot like the file structure I have been using for years. Debian is very stable and I've found that there are more people involved with multimedia over the Internet are leaning toward Debian. I also chose the Debian/Ubuntu for my radio server and I don't use Plesk which is free with my hosting server.
