Title: Upload Logo Resellers

When a reseller tries to upload their logo, get this error

Warning: rename(/tmp/ccdataNAVkIP.jpg,/usr/local/centovacast/var/www/users/andrneru/logofile.jpg): No such file or directory in /usr/local/centovacast/web/class_AccountEditor.php on line 704

Warning: copy(/usr/local/centovacast/var/www/users/andrneru/logofile.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/centovacast/web/class_AccountEditor.php on line 705

Thanks!  Fixed this and a couple of other logo-related issues for the next build.
