I am !!
Again, every week I keep getting emails from my clients saying that they can´t access
their control panel , and this is because my License is always getting suspended !
My invoices are all in order, even so the Centova payment system is all mess up,
so there´s no reason for this to happen.
I have tried the reissue the license millions of times and it only works for some days!
So what the hell is going on?

I am really getting angry about the fact there´s no support on all this issues and its ruining
my business, making lose clients
If Centova can´t be professional and run a company , it might be better to just shutdown for good.

This has nothing to do with any licensing issues on our end; your license was suspended for nonpayment on May 18th.
As for "no support on all this issues", you opened only one ticket about this issue yesterday at 2:04am pacific, and you received a reply at 10:51am Pacific.
I recognize that we did have some support and licensing issues earlier last month, and have indicated my regrets and apologize for that incident several times here on the forums. The sales department is still being caught up, but the support department is up to date and there have been no licensing issues to speak of since the initial incident.

Thanks for the reply Steve, but I keep having the license error all the time, even if all the payments are up to date.
What should I do? I am tired of having to reissue license all the time.

You'd need to contact the support department and provide the exact error message you're receiving. You may be asked to provide the information requested in step 6 of the license expiration KB article (https://secure.centova.com/pages/faqs/display/license_expiration_warning_for_53).

Steve, sorry to bug you here on this thread, but we have tickets open from DAYS ago and get no help. Also, in the DEV forum I've asked you a few questions I needs answers to so I can continue testing v3, I have 1 guy just testing this out, and ain't getting anywhere cause I am getting no help.

but i can't because of licensing errors all the time

can you please help me with this problem
I tried to reissue my license to make my centovacast v3 to work for me
but this same error message keeps on showing up for me

There are several threads about this problem.
The latest is that Steve is aware of this problem and it will be fixed when developing on V3 BETA will be resumed.
Search this forums.
It is a terrible problem, as the V3 version is a welcome update for many reasons. We even bought an license for use on V3 but it does not work. We are also waiting on reply of Steve, although he promised everything would be better now..
So i hope steve can shine a light on this ASAP...
