Title: Is my server Support Centova?

I am on BlueHost server, not VPS

its support Centova?

You need to have root access to install Centova, (ie. you need to be able to login with the username "root"), if you have their Dedicated server package you can but  most likely your BlueHost account is just a web hosting  only which would not work sorry.
