My clients' PayPal payments are not appearing in iPanel/iHost

Answer:

Often this is the result of setting up multiple email addresses in PayPal, but configuring iPanel/iHost to only recognize payments from your primary email address.

To correct the issue, in the PayPal configuration in iPanel/iHost, add your secondary email address(es) separated by commas. For example:

secondary.email@example.com, primary.email@example.com

Only the first email address in listed will be displayed to your clients by iPanel/iHost.
